This resource contains four lesson plans to teach children all about the Easter story. It is suitable for ages 4 -7. The four lessons are: 1) Palm Sunday 2) The Last Supper 3) Good Friday 4) Easter Sunday Each PDF plan contains detailed instructions, a list of objectives for three levels of abilities, a list of resources and cross-curricular links. All of the lessons contain an engaging starter, a whole class discussion or drama activity, written activity and plenary. The presentation on Emily Davison covers Emily’s education, before moving onto her actions in the suffragette movement, her imprisonment and finally her death and legacy. The presentation on Millicent Fawcett covers her childhood, early political involvement and the successful suffrage movement.
